In this one‑on‑one experience, you’ll work directly with Gail and the animals in a calm, structured environment that encourages grounding, confidence, and emotional safety. Each session is tailored to individual needs — whether building coping skills, strengthening regulation, or simply reconnecting with your body in a peaceful farm setting.
